    FISHMAN ACOUSTIC GUITAR/BASS BLENDER TRANSDUCER
The Fishman Acoustic Blender is ideal for mixing an internal microphone and pickup together on guitar, cello, violin, mandolin, harp, banjo and other acoustic instruments. This unit offers two independent channels, each with volume, bass, treble, phase and input trim controls, plus a full complement of stereo and mono inputs. The Blender's rear panel includes three effects loops and three sets of balanced/unbalanced outs for just about any signal routing scenario imaginable. A master volume control, headphone out and mute switch round out this powerful feature set. The Acoustic Blender operates on a (9 volt power supply not included) included or 9 volt battery (not included).
    Blender System
Fishman developed the professional sound concept of combining an onboard mini mic and pickup, and created a unique compact Blender System that puts control and artistic decision making into musicians' hands onstage. It immediately set a new standard for live acoustic tone, presence and flexibility. There are now three outboard Blenders. They are small, simple to operate, packed with exceptional features and, still unique.

The Bass Blender delivers the same long list of special features as the Acoustic Blender, but is specially engineered for the unique tonal requirements of acoustic bass frequencies.
Fishman acoustic blender: 2-channel instrument preamp Chances are if you're looking at this you'll know what it is- you'll also know they are now discontinued and increasingly hard to find.In short, this preamp allows you to combine a pickup and microphone (or second pickup) and control the blend, with gain/trim, bass and treble controls, phase reverse for each channel, plus bass trim and switchable phantom power for the mic channel, master volume, plus output mute. The connections are where this unit really stands out- input on stereo or 2 mono jacks, send & return jacks, jack and XLR outputs for each individual channel AND the mix. Headphone out on the front panel.Power via 9v battery (compartment in the top of unit, battery check on the front) or via AC adaptor (not included)- it takes a 9v centre- adaptor- ie the standard Boss-type. Comes with a mounting for mic-stand so you can access controls during a gig (see picture- mic stand not included!)For more details see manufacturer's info here , and user guide here .I bought this a while back but haven't used it for more than a handful of gigs and occasional recordings. While the features are really comprehensive, it's more suitable for a combination of piezo undersaddle pickup and mic than the passive magnetic/ soundboard transducer combination on my guitar, and as I have far too many acoustic instrument preamps, this has to go.It's in fully working order, generally good condition, the odd scratch and scuff, but nothing very obvious
The Fishman Bass Blender is designed to allow the acoustic bassist to blend a microphone with a pickup. This discontinued and hard-to-find very high quality mixer has an impedance matching buffer for piezo pickups and many output options, including XLR outputs for each channel and mixed. Can be run with a 9 volt battery.

    ( ISTA 6-FEDEX_A Protocol Certified )
This is a registered certification in electronic packaging.
We are approved to safely ship any electronics up to and including 150 lb. packages.
The ISTA 6-FEDEX A Protocol is an
    earned certification
    .
This is achieved by packaging and shipping electronics to the FedEx packaging laboratory, in Collierville, Tennessee
They put that package through rigorous testing including the following:
Shock Test: (10 random drops from 30 Inches)
Compression Test: The package is then tested in a press at 976.94 lbs. of pressure.
Vibration Test: The package is then put on a vibration table and violently shaken for 45 minutes.
You must pass all three tests without any damage, cosmetically or functionality.
This will be double boxed, surrounded in foam to insure safe undamaged delivery to your home or business. Yes, the shipping cost is a little high, but electronics are fragile and do require a lot of packaging and time to get them done right. I think it's worth a few extra bucks, because they can't be replaced. A
note for you eBay global customers: (
I will get it to your door safely and insured.)
P.S. My posted shipping price is always the total!
    I
pride myself on extreme over protective packaging.
    (Please see my feedback!)
I will only ship to the 48 contiguous states and I encourage eBay global shipping. Payment is expected in 48 hours of purchase and on the same token they will ship on the next business day. If you need more time, just send a message and we will work something out.
