Essentially like new gotten when it same out and carefully filed away . This was the fold out poster promo brochure produced in 1978 to promote the Bakshi film in a limited number of markets at comic book shows .
Folded it is 9 inches wide by 11 3/4 unfolded it is 36 by 11 3/4
If you want one with some edge dings I posted a lower grade one also up on ebay that may be available
