Used condition but never really opened or read. Page is in perfect condition looks like a little bit of a smudge on the outside and a few scuffs on the exterior of the cover. Took detailed pictures.
This is a Collector's Edition!!
You’ll notice a slight tear on the map page. I am quite upset as I did that unfolding it for the picture. sorry
