Mithril Miniaturesis officially licensed since 1988 to manufacture metal collectible miniatures from Tolkien's books
The Hobbit
and
The Lord of the Rings
books.
This miniature was released in
1988
and no longer produced. The figure has the mugs of beer separate to the figure. There is a duplicate batch of mugs included. The scale is 32mm (classic).
The Innkeeper in Bree looked after the Hobbits when they visited the Prancing Pony.
"Frodo went forward and nearly bumped into a short fat man with a bald head and a red face. He had a white apron on, and was bustling out of one door and in through another, carrying a tray laden with full mugs."

This will ship in a modern blister pack from Mithril. This was an early casting produced by the tool maker at Mithril Miniatures and kept hidden all these years until this month. The metal is an alloy that contains tin and lead.
The figure is not primed.
The base has the product code, name of the manufacturer and date.
PAM refers to Prince August Miniatures and was dropped in later years in favour of the name of the sculptor.
