From 1918, this is the February issue of Picture Play magazine featuring Mabel Normand on the cover.  Measuring in at about 7 X 10 inches, the overall condition is a 7 out of ten with the cover being slightly larger than the inside pages when printed for some strange reason.  As a result the bottom edge is a bit tattered as it hangs over the inside pages.  Stills displays VERY well.  NO pinholes.  NO cello tape.  Pages are tight, bright and white.  Unclipped.
