    Superb, fresh PLATE BLOCK OF 6 showing the "semi-colon" flaw on R9/5 ("PO'OV") - the Surge Wrasse fish. See all images.
    The
    constant plate flaw
    takes the form of a blue spot at the tip of the reed, below the comma in P O ' O V on the 5th stamp of the 9th row. This was the first Norfolk Island stamp issue printed by Harrison & Sons, London, in sheets of 60 (10 x 6) - 17 September 1962.
