    The Hobbit Official Weta Workshop "No Admittance Except on Party Business" Sign.  New unopened as is condition even though about 10 years old.  Printed and made in New Zealand on thick board thats about 3/16" wide.  The printed side is textured.  See pictures.

    Purchased at San Diego Comic Con from the Weta Workshop booth about 10 years ago.  Never opened and in original plastic.  Stored indoor with care as a collectible. There are a couple loose fibers inside. Two small indentation on the back. No fading, warping, bending, scratches, scuffs, or sunlight damage.  Lays flat.  New and in original unopened packaging.  Please see pictures for condition as this is the actual item for sale.
