Pioneer Spec 1 Preamp Perfect Mate to the Spec 2 Amp Good Condition Vintage 1976
The Power Indicator Lamp is out
Has some little chinks on the Faceplate & Top Edge but not bad for it's age Not bad at all for 46 Years Old
I tried to show everything in the Pictures
The sides are in good Condition & the Top Cover Plate is Excellent
I Tested all the Inputs with the Exception of the Turntable Input as I do not have a Turntable to Test it with
Everything Else worked Great so I am thinking the Turntable input should as well
All the switches work & the Dials all turn Smoothly

Description
The Spec-1 has differential amplifier circuitry incorporated in the equalisation and tone control amplifiers.
This is complemented by a dual positive and negative power supply system for all amplifier sections, which provides improved DC balance and stability, while eliminating click noises due to switching.
An electronic muting circuit, employing a reed relay, blocks surge noise associated with power switch operation.
