Proceed Audio Video Preamplifier for sale.  This preamp has been tested and is in working order.  There are 12 character columns in the dot matrix display, and columns 9 and 11 have some dead pixels.  The display is still readable.  Column 9 with the number "4" is probably the most noticeable, please see attached pictures.  Physically, the unit is in very good condition.  There are no dents or scratches, just some scuffs here and there.  There are a few drip stains that are not too noticeable.  Unsure of the cause of these.  One is down the left center of the face plate, and there is another small one on the right side of the silver part.  There are also a few on the right side of the face plate, but in the very unnoticeable dark grey painted area.  Listing includes non working remote (for parts), original owners manual, and a power cord.
