An opportunity to acquire 2 x Quad QCII, valve Mono control pre-amplifiers, and photocopy of 12-page instruction book, circuit, template, and record equalisation guide. Exterior front panel very good condition one or two surface marks, however inside very clean original condition -see photos'.  The Quad QCII pre-amps are very good and original working order, however they need to partner the QUAD II Power Amplifier (none supplied)so SOLD AS IS. The Quad QCII pre-amplifiers are most stylish. The button selectors give you the choice of; radio, disc, Mic, and tape. What is an added benefit this unit is sold with the rare phono equalization plug-in. The Quad QCII's were designed to accommodate the loading and gain characteristic of some 25 Phono cartridges, including Ortofon, Grado, Tannoy, Decca, Pickering, Shure, Fairchild plus by the depressing of the four selector buttons some 71 record equalization characteristics can be catered to. All the relevant information is supplied with the sale of this magnificent pre-amp. Each QCII pre-amplifier boasts two valves in total 1 x Mullard ECC83 and 1 x EF86. The Quad QCII pre-amplifier draws its power from the Quad II power amp or a power supply that can deliver 330 V dc, and 6.3 volts for the filaments.  Will ship anywhere in the world at the buyer's expense.
