    Description

Up for sale here is this neat vintage homebrew mono (one-channel) tube preamplifier, probably from the 1950s and Made in USA.  This is a cool one!  It has a number of potentiometers, three AC sockets and one RCA jack on one side, four RCA jacks on the other side, and has a 5 tubes and a Thordarson T-20C74 choke at the back.  The tubes are all included, and are one 6SL7GT, one 6SC7, one 6H6, one 6SK7, and one 6SG7.
This is a really cool one, and the build quality is incredible.  It is full of Sprague Atom caps, Sprague Black Beauty yellow-letter oil capacitors, carbon comp resistors, and other vintage parts, and the wiring looks very well-done.  There is a cord attached, but it doesn't have a plug and I don't know exactly what it's for.  This doesn't have a power transformer, so it may have been powered by an amplifier's power supply.
This is completely untested and is sold as non-working.  I have not opened it up, modified it, plugged it in, or tested it in any way.  Please take a close look at my photos so you can see what you're getting.
