The Hobbit The Noble Collection Middle-Earth Map - Preowned

Description

Both the map and the packaging are preowned and NOT in brand-new condition.  Both have flaws and condition issues.
The map has been removed from the packaging and has been on display.  The map will be shipped inside of the original packaging.
**Right now the shipping is set for USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-8 business days per USPS through eBay.)**
Dimensions of the map outside of the packaging:  (These measurements are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.  The measurements were taken with a tape measure and are being provided to give an idea of the size of the map.)
Length:  Approximately 16"
Height:  Approximately 10.5"
Width:  Approximately .75"
Weight (of map without packaging):  Approximately 3lbs. 3.1oz.
Condition of the map:  (Also please see attached photos for visuals of the map's condition.)
There is visible smudging on the map from being handled.  (Please see attached photos #3 & #4 for visuals.)
There is scratching and scuffing damage throughout the map.  Please note that some scratching, scuffing, and dings on the map are going to be visible from the front and sides when the map is on display.  The scratching and scuffing damage on the back is also very visible.
The wooden corners of the map show signs of wear and tear damage.
The graphics on the map are very readable and very visible.  The map itself is still very firmly attached to the wood that it is on.
Condition of the packaging:  (Also please see the attached photos for the visuals of the packaging's condition.)
There is scratching, scuffing, and other signs of wear and tear damage throughout on the packaging.  The corners also show wear and tear damage.
The plastic cover is bent, creased, and wrinkled in several locations.  (Please see attached photos #7, #10, #11 & #12 for visuals on some of the damaged areas.  Please note that these are not all of the locations that the plastic cover is damaged.)
The plastic cover is discolored from being preowned.
The tape that held the packaging closed at the bottom of the packaging is wrinkled, creased, ripped, and damaged.  (Please see attached photo #10 for a visual of some of the damage.)
There is staining/discoloration throughout on both the cardboard portion of the packaging as well as the plastic portion of the packaging.
Please note that the above described condition of the packaging is very visible.
