Vintage Yamaha C-65 Preamplifier in working condition

I'm the sole owner since purchase in 1987 of this vintage Yamaha C-65 preamplifier.  Purchased in the U.S. via the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, this unit came to me directly from Japan.  It is in serviceable, working condition and the ORIGINAL CARTON and MANUAL are *included.*
Per the photos, the front panel is missing one input selection button ("CD") and the two buttons via which one activates or deactivates "Tone Bypass" and "Audio Muting."  One may experience loss of signal being passed by the preamp but it is always rectified by jiggling the volume knob.
Item ships to U.S. buyers.  Local pickup in Southern California encouraged.  Item will be doubleboxed for shipment via FedEx Home.  The flat rate shipping fee contemplates this doubleboxing (the 20" x 20" x 12" box and cushioning), the higher shipping cost for that large-ish box and general TLC.  FedEx rates for this item range between and 0 (and those rates are lower since I have a FedEx account) with West Coast shipments being less expensive and East Coast destinations being more expensive.  If the actual shipping cost based upon your Zip Code is significantly less than my flat rate, a partial shipping refund can be issued.
