Generator warranty and maintenance
According to the “three guarantees” policy of the state, all motor products are guaranteed for one year. The manufacturer promises to guarantee for five years from the date of purchase, and the bearing is guaranteed for one year. If the bearing is more than one year old, the buyer can mail the bearing to the manufacturer or replace it by himself at the cost price, and the round-trip freight is borne by the buyer. The generator head is not guaranteed for water ingress and short circuit, but the service of replacing enamelled copper wire is provided for free. The buyer needs to mail it to the manufacturer’s maintenance department, The manufacturer charges for enamelled copper wire materials at the cost price, and the buyer needs to pay back and forth freight and material fees. The generator is not guaranteed for natural corrosion and rust.

Therefore, we must pay attention to waterproof work, and cover a pipe at the outlet, Don’t let the water splash everywhere. If the water splashes everywhere, it is easy to splash onto the generator head. The bearing is regularly drained of liquid oil. Generally, the bearing is drained once a month. The water in some bearings with sealing rings in the turbine cannot splash up from below. Let’s drain liquid oil from the center of the upper bearing. If the liquid oil slowly flows in, it will bubble the bearing. If you don’t understand anything, please consult the customer service.
